Ingredients:

Dough:

flour - 200 g;

butter - 100 g;

sugar - 100 g;

eggs - 3 pieces;

baking powder - 1 teaspoon;

salt - a pinch.

Filling:

apples - 800 g.

Glaze:

cream - 125 ml;

sugar - 100 g;

eggs - 3 pieces.

Instructions:

Whisk the eggs with sugar, add room temperature butter, salt, baking powder, and flour.

Knead the dough until smooth. Put the dough into a baking dish.

Peel the apples, cut them in half, and then slice them thinly. Put the sliced apples on the dough.

Bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes.

Glaze:

Whisk the eggs with sugar and cream.

Take the tart out of the oven and pour the glaze on it. Bake for another 30 minutes.
