Ingredients:
Zucchini - 1 pc.

Ground meat - 300 g
Medium-sized tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
Onion - 1 pc.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Sour cream - 100 g
Cheese - 100 g
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil
Preparation:
Fry any ground meat in oil over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the onion. Add it to the pan with the ground meat and fry.
Then add the tomato paste. Stir and simmer until the filling is done. Let it cool.
Peel and remove the seeds from the zucchini. If using very young zucchini, this is not necessary. Grate it coarsely.
If there is juice, squeeze the grated zucchini and put half of it in a greased baking dish.
Place the finished fried ground meat on the next layer. Spread it evenly over the entire surface. Cover with the remaining grated zucchini. Add salt.
Cut the tomatoes into circles and place them on top of the zucchini. Beat the eggs with sour cream, add salt to taste.
Pour the egg and sour cream mixture into the zucchini dish.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater (processed cheese can also be used).
Send the dish to the oven and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
The zucchini and ground meat casserole is ready to be served.
