Ingredients:
Pork - 900 g

Onion - 4 pcs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Broth - 100 ml
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Favorite spices.
Cooking:
Cut the pork into portions (slightly smaller than for a real kebab).
Cut the onion into rings, slice the garlic.
Sprinkle the onion with vinegar and freshly ground black pepper.
Fry the pork in a pan with heated vegetable oil in a single layer until crispy, then pour in the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until the liquid evaporates and the meat turns red.
Then add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, to keep the onion crispy.
Add spices and salt.
