Ingredients:
butter - 100 g
powdered sugar - 90 g
vegetable oil - 50 ml
egg - 1 pc
flour - 300 g (+ -)
cocoa - 25 g
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - a pinch
Preparation:
Put melted butter, powdered sugar, and salt in a bowl, mix well until homogeneous.
Then add the egg, unflavored vegetable oil, and mix again.
Add cocoa to the resulting mixture and mix everything again.
Add most of the flour with baking powder to the resulting mixture, mix everything again, and gradually add the remaining flour.
As a result, you will get soft, non-sticky dough with a characteristic shine.
Roll it into a ball and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Then take it out and create oval-shaped semi-finished products, slightly widened to one edge.
Make deep diagonal cuts on the dough, first in one direction and then in the other direction, keeping approximately the same distance.
Flatten the cones slightly with your hands to give them their final shape and transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cones in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar.
To make the "snow" on the cones look more realistic, hold the pieces upright.
