If you have some unused ground meat in the fridge and a few slices of loaf bread or toast in the breadbox, you have the ingredients for a perfect breakfast.

Pan-fried stuffed sandwiches:
Ingredients:
White bread or loaf - 5–6 slices;
Ground meat (pork, beef, chicken - anything) - 150g;
Green onions - 1/4 bunch;
Chicken egg - 1;
Vegetable oil for frying;
Salt and black pepper - to taste.
In a deep bowl, mix the ground meat, egg, salt, and pepper well. Add finely chopped green onions and small diced peppers (if desired) to the resulting mixture.
Spread the resulting mixture onto slices of bread or loaf in a thin layer, and press down with a fork.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and place the sandwiches with the ground meat side down.
Fry them on one side for about four minutes until the ground meat is cooked and browned.
Place the finished sandwiches on a plate.
This dish is best served hot. If desired, sprinkle with grated cheese.
