When Ray and Kathy O'Donnell returned home from the grocery store, they saw that one of the windows in the house was broken and were very frightened.

The couple from New Brunswick (Canada) suspected that a burglar had broken into the house, but the visitor turned out to be much less intimidating.

It turns out that Ray and Kathy's house was broken into by a deer, which was not happy about its adventure and was in a panic.

The couple's son tried to lead the deer away, but failed, so an employee of the Department of Natural Resources also arrived at the scene.

After that, the deer, which had made its way into the basement, was escorted up the stairs and taken out of the house.

Apparently, the animal was not injured, but the O'Donnells are counting the damage, claiming that the deer's presence in the house left some destructive marks.
